SHIPPING/DELIVERY

 

By placing an order with Revolte, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom and duty import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to Revolte. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

 

In-store Pickup

For free in-store pickup, the order will be ready on the 2nd day upon order made.

 

Pick up Location: Wheelock Place #02-15/16, Suntec City #02-438

Pick up times: 11am - 9pm

 

Local Delivery

For local delivery throughout Singapore we use Ninjavan. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days. Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Ninjavan with tracking. Please note that there may be delays to these estimated shipping times during busy periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you email/SMS updates about its progress so you know exactly when to expect it. Your order needs a signature upon delivery, so if there is no one around to receive it the courier will leave a missed delivery card.  You can then organise for your order to be re-delivered for a max. of 2 times whenever it suits you!

 

International Delivery

For international delivery worldwide we use DHL. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days. Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Ninjavan with tracking. Please note in times of peak traffic, delays to estimated shipping times may occur.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you email/SMS updates about its progress so you know exactly when to expect it.
