How to return or exchange your item:
Make sure to notify us 7 days of your delivered date in order and send it back to us within 14 days upon making the order.

Fill up accordingly, and enclose it with your parcel to mail it back to us. All returns must be accompanied with the printed version of this form. Digital/e-mail files will not be accepted!
Returned items will be replaced with a store credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the return item. Store credits are valid for 90 days from date of issue, are strictly non-refundable, are not eligible for extension and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All returned items should not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged by you, and must have its original tag attached.
Returns are not valid if the parcel does not reach us and Révolte will strictly not be liable for lost mails. Please do opt for a delivery option that allows tracking when you mail it back to us.
All returns have to be done strictly through postage.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. No store credits or vouchers will be issued in such circumstances.
All returns are subject to the below conditions:
Items must be returned to Revolte within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be in original condition, with all tags intact. Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products or similar will not be accepted.
Please note that, in the absence of any fault, returns are not available for any underwear, swimwear, earrings, hair accessories or cosmetics due to hygiene reasons.

Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered.
Goods that do not do what they are supposed to.
Goods that have defects that were not obvious or we did
We apologise for letting this product slip through our quality checks.
If you are looking to return a defective item or received an incorrect item, please email us immediately at email@example.com and we will respond within 2-3 working days.
- For returns on defective products:
Provide us with (1) your order number and (2) clear pictures of the issue in your email so we can get this sorted for you.
- For incorrect items sent to you:
Provide us with (1) your order number and (2) the product code, size and colour details of the wrong item received in your email so we can get this sorted for you. Please note that the incorrect item should be in their original condition; attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
