Révolte reserves the right to update, modify, or amend any policy or terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions listed. Any access or use of the services by you after changes go into effect shall constitute and be deemed your agreement to these terms.
Révolte is a registered business and the brand, 'Révolte' is a registered trademark brand. Any use of the brand name and brand logo without any permission would be liable to legal means.
Please check that your order thoroughly before submitting for payment. We endeavour to process and dispatch your orders within 1-3 working days upon receiving your order. This excludes weekend and local public holidays. To ensure the safe delivery of your parcels, please ensure that your billing address matches your delivery address.
By placing an order with Revolte, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom and duty import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Revolte. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order with Révolte, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided.
The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute Révolte acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you.
Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Révolte, for any reason whatsoever.
We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed.
If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
All features, specifications, products, prices of products and services, discounts, promotions and offers described on our Services are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to make changes to them without notice to you.
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Web site; however, the actual colour you will see will depend on many factors, including your electronic screen, and we cannot guarantee that your smartphone, tablet, or computer will accurately display our colours.
Products are available while supplies last. All prices and products advertised are subject to change.

Révolte reserves the right to restrict delivery to addresses within or outside of Singapore. Shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax will be added by us as necessary.
The risk of loss and title for product(s) purchased by you will be passed to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.
Please be aware that your parcels and products purchased will be shipped out using a trusted third part global e-commerce service provider, DHL Express, to facilitate and process international orders. Thus, please see their terms and conditions of use for shipping related enquiries.
Revolte makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available online may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and, based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or your entire order.
SALES AND PROMOTIONS
All offers and promotions are subject to the following conditions, in addition to any conditions specified upon entering the relevant code at checkout:
- Promotions are only applicable to orders over the minimum value threshold specified in the offer
- Promotions are only applicable to products specified in the offer
- Only one promotion code may be used per order (individual credit notes can be used in conjunction with promotions)
- You must be logged in to your account to use a promotion code
- For promotions with a minimum spend requirement, your order must remain at or over this amount after any returns for the discount to continue to apply
- Codes are valid for one use per customer unless otherwise stated
- Revolte takes no responsibility for coupons that were not applied during the checkout process and discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed
- Sale items, including those covered by further discounts, can only be returned for store credit (in the absence of any product faults)
- A full-priced item purchased with a promotional discount does not qualify as a sale product unless otherwise specified in the conditions of the offer
- Revolte reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time
In case of any defected or incorrect items sent to you by mistake, returns and exchanges may be made by notifying Revolte within 7 days of the delivery of your item, provided they are unused and in their original condition. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered.
All returns are subject to the below conditions:
- Items must be returned to Revolte within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in original condition, with all tags intact. Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products or similar will not be accepted.
- Please note that, in the absence of any fault, returns are not available for any underwear, swimwear, earrings, hair accessories or cosmetics due to hygiene reasons.
Definition of defects/faults
- Manufacturing faults.
- Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered.
- Goods that do not do what they are supposed to.
- Goods that have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. The coverage of return postage costs must be approved by Revolte prior to return of item(s). All returns must be be accompanied with the Returns & Exchange form and Révolte reserves the right to decline any return without the printed note.

Révolte does not refund via cash, only store credit. Please be aware of this as we will not accede to any request for cash refunds. Please note that only one time exchange is allowed for all orders. We will only accept returns purchased directly from Revolte.sg only. We regret to inform you that we will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise any third party nor if you purchase from our physical stores; purchases through our physical stores may only be exchanged there.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability on hand. All original tags must be attached. Purchases made via vouchers, store credit, or gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
For defective or incorrect items received, do email to our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org with a snapshot of the defect and a detailed description.
All shipping costs back to our headquarters will be borne solely by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns that do not reach us due to unregistered postage will not be entertained or compensated in any way.
Returned items will be investigated upon arrival at our headquarters and Révolte reserves the right to decline the return of any item we deem was worn, washed, altered, or defected by you.
If your return was confirmed, a store credit voucher will be given to you to use on your next purchase. As it expires within 90 days of issue, please use it before it expires. There will be no extensions for vouchers or store credit.
We advice that customers treat all garments with care. Hand-wash in cold water. Lay garment flat to dry. Iron only at Low to Medium heat in accordance to the care label. Natural drying is recommended.
Please do not put garment in air dryer as it causes the shrinking of fabrics.
We do not accept returns for items that were damaged after first wash/iron and no exceptions will be made.
For the subscription and receiving of emails, we do follow the opt in/out policy. If anyone wants to opt out of receiving emails from us, please click the unsubscribe link included in every message. If you are having trouble unsubscribing, please do not hesitate to contact us.
